The new portal from Follow My Health allows you to view your labs, request refills, request appointments and generally ask questions and access your health information.

If you register for the portal from the website please follow the instructions below to link to our practice. Once you have created a Follow My Health portal account you will need to add Morrow Family Medicine as a connection to your account.
Once you have chosen MFM as a connection it will send us an email. Your account will stay in a pending status until we have accepted your request. We approve requests several times each day so check back later in the day to make sure your account has been accepted.
