We are approaching a year since Morrow Family Medicine opened. It’s hard to believe that it has already been that long.

One of the best things about this new practice is enjoyment.  We are all enjoying this and I certainly look forward to coming to work every day.  That makes such a difference in how patients are treated and how we are perceived.  When you enjoy what you do, it is so much easier to make others feel at home.

One of the most frequent complaints we hear about other practices is around communication.

“They never call me back.”

“It takes forever to get any information.”

“They act like they never heard of me before.”

We are determined to never have you feel this way at MFM. One of our three main philosophies is built around this. Those philosophies are:

1. 1. Use our walk-in hour (7:30 - 8:30 a.m. M-F) for anything you need.
   

2. 2. If you are sick and call us, we will see you that day.
   

3. 3. If you need a return phone call, we will handle that in what YOU consider a reasonable period
   

4. of time.
   

Morrow Family Medicine will utilize both physicians and physicians’ assistants in delivering the highest quality healthcare available anywhere.
