Appointments

Like most practices, we work off of an appointment schedule. Like most patients, you have other, and better, things to do with your time than to wait around to see a provider. We promise to be cognizant of that. However, there will be times when we will run behind.

When that does happen, we will do all we can to keep you informed of the delay and also to make it as brief as we can. Unforeseen circumstances and emergencies do arise and we treat each of those as efficiently and as well as we can. We treat them exactly the way we will treat you when you have any sort of similar circumstance.

While we do see walk-in patients for the first hour of the day, 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., appointments are available weekdays from 8:30 a.m. till 4:30 p.m. We are closed for lunch from noon until 1:00 p.m. weekdays. Appointments for adult complete physical examinations are predominantly scheduled in the first part of the day, in order for patients to comfortably fast for their lab work. Other appointments are scheduled at your convenience, in accordance with openings in a given day.

In the event that it becomes necessary for us to reschedule an appointment, we will give you as much notice as is possible, and we will work with you to be sure that your medications continue and that your appointment is rescheduled in a timely manner.
